Summer Solstice Morning
The sun, “Father Sun,” was and is revered as the “giver of life.”
Solstices and equinoxes are revered in spiritual traditions as powerful energetic gateways.
The summer solstice, the longest day of the year, calls for a physical ceremony in which we express our gratitude for the light and warmth.
Ann is an experienced spaceholder and will once again lead you through a meditative, ritual morning. Expect deep meditation, a mala of 108 sun salutations divided into sets of 12, and much more beauty from the rich yoga tradition.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY TO DO 108 SUN SALUTES!
We’ll take our time: The sun salutations are divided into 9 or 12 sets.
After each set, there’s time for relaxation. Again: no one is obligated to perform all the sun salutations!
We’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast together, which, as always, is lovingly prepared.
Bring your swimsuit and towel, as you can take a refreshing dip in the pool afterward!
The end is scheduled for 11.30 am.
Register quickly for this fantastic morning!
