This program is the result of Ann’s years of experience in women’s counseling and numerous study projects.
The program consists of:
- “Learn & Retreat” day (8 a.m.) on Saturday, April 25, 2026. This day is entirely for YOU! In addition to lots of super interesting information and facts, you’ll also be treated to a culinary treat with a “hormonal lunch buffet” and healthy snacks and drinks. There are two long hormone yoga sessions and a deep “sleep meditation” so you’ll go home fully recharged and inspired that day.
- Four evening modules, each from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, May 6.
- Each module focuses on specific symptoms and discomforts. We’ll learn how to prevent and avoid these discomforts through nutrition and lifestyle, hormone yoga, breathing and relaxation, and deep relaxation.
- With each session, you’ll receive a course booklet with a helpful yoga sequence, recipes, and information.
- At the end of the program, you’ll have a handy guide that you can easily and quickly refer to later.
This program is primarily designed to prepare women for a healthy, happy, and balanced menopause, but it’s also highly recommended for younger women!
