In this exclusive program, you will learn in an understandable yet thorough way how your hormones work and how important they are for our long-term mental and physical health!
This program is the result of Ann's years of guiding women through yoga, countless study projects, but also of the changes in her own hormones.
The program consists of:
A "Learn. Eat & Retreat" day (8 hours) on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
On this day, you will be initiated into the orchestra of hormones and the importance of circadian and infradian living for your overall health. You will also be spoiled culinarily with a "hormonal lunch buffet" and healthy snacks and drinks.
There are two gentle hormone yoga sessions and a deep, long rest. This way, you will return home completely recharged and inspired.
Afterwards, there are four evening modules, each from 7 pm to 10 pm.
Wednesday, May 6, Wednesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 20.
Wednesday, June 3.
In each module, we discuss specific symptoms and discomforts. We learn how to prevent and avoid these discomforts in a holistic way.
COURSE:
With every session, you will receive an INFO bundle containing a handy yoga sequence, recipes, and information.
At the end of the program, you will have a convenient course that allows you to quickly and easily look things up later.
This program is primarily designed to prepare women for a healthy, happy, and balanced menopause, but it is certainly also highly recommended for younger women!

- Four informative evenings, each focusing on an important women's theme. The knowledge you gain is unique and scientifically substantiated.
During each evening, we practice yoga specific to the evening's theme, e.g., metabolism, hot flashes, sleep... - Choice drinks and recipes with every module
