Expect deep meditation, a mala of 108 sun salutations divided into sets of 12, and much more beauty from the rich yoga tradition.<\/p>\n<p>IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT NECESSARY TO DO 108 SUN SALUTATIONS!<\/p>\n<p>We take our time: The sun salutations are divided into 9 or 12 sets.<br \/>After each set, there is time for relaxation.
