This exclusive hormone program invites you to get to know your body better and trust your inner wisdom. With the right knowledge and support, menopause becomes a time of self-love, freedom, sensuality, health, and deepening your inner self.
The program lasts 20 hours in total, spread over one 8-hour Learn & Retreat day plus four 3-hour themed modules. Each module combines scientifically based theory with gentle hormone yoga, breathing, meditation, and practical lifestyle guidance. The retreat is held at Jivami Yoga and Living in Oostkamp, guided by Ann Verhaeghe, yoga coach, therapist, and hormone yoga expert. Designed for a small, intimate group of no more than 11 women, the experience offers a supportive and nurturing environment. The gentle, accessible hormone yoga practices are suitable for all women, regardless of prior yoga experience. All classes and yoga sessions are included, along with a hormone-supportive lunch, snacks, and drinks provided throughout the retreat.
