What’s included

The program spans 20 hours in total — one immersive 8-hour Learn & Retreat day, followed by four themed 3-hour modules. Each session weaves together science-based theory with gentle hormone yoga, breathwork, meditation and practical lifestyle guidance.  

A comprehensive syllabus is handed to all participants after every module.

Where & with whom

All sessions take place at Jivami Yoga and Living in Oostkamp, guided by Ann Verhaeghe — yoga coach, therapist and hormone yoga expert. The program is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 11 women, creating a warm, intimate and supportive space. No prior yoga experience is needed.

Everything is taken care of

All classes and yoga sessions are included, along with a hormone-supportive lunch, nourishing snacks and drinks throughout the retreat day.

Who is this for?

This program welcomes all women seeking a deeper connection with their body and hormonal health. There is no minimum or maximum age.

In this program you will learn to support your hormonal health from multiple angles:

  • During the Learn & Retreat day, you will be introduced in a simple way to the relevant hormones in women and their mutual hierarchy and interconnectedness. We discuss all possible complaints surrounding menopause. You will learn about the importance of circadian and infradian living for mood, weight, libido, etc. YOGA FOR A RADIANT MENOPAUSE 
  • The second module is VERY topical and essential! Stress as THE GREATEST ENEMY of hormone balance and stress management through breathwork, Yoga Nidra, mantra, meditation, and visualization.
  • In the third module, we discuss the influence of hormones on weight and metabolism. Metabolism, weight, and nutrition. Herbs, supplements, superfoods, meal times….
  • Hot flashes, their causes, and prevention are covered extensively in module four. There, we also examine menopause from an Eastern perspective.
  • Module five teaches us everything about the Second Spring. How beautiful the natural postmenopause may and must be.
  • Prevention of dementia, osteoporosis, and heart disease begins earlier than we think. You will learn which essential oils can be used safely and effectively for ailments
